Irish Water has released limited details of its planned rehabilitation of water mains systems in parts of Limerick city. The overall investment by the troubled utility company is 6.5 million euro in Limerick and will highlight red flag areas for water such as St. Mary’ s Park and Kileely as well as other locations around the city.
This investment is due to reduce leakages and save an estimated 11 million litres of water in Limerick. Limerick citizens are to expect major traffic disruption because of the works.
