A new blueprint for jobs launched by Enterprise Minister Richard Bruton in LIT this week will use 150 seperate actions to gradually increase the numbers of jobs and people at working the next 5 years. The Mid West Action Plan for Jobs which Minister Bruton announced follows the announcement on Monday of 200 new jobs and 308 million investment by Bio Pharma Giant Regeneron in Raheen.
The action plan for jobs will see increased investment in funding for start-ups in the mid west region. Tourism in the region has also been highlighted as a source of revenues and jobs in the future.
