The 2015 Richard Harris International Film Festival is in full planning mode at the moment with submissions being sorted and judged for inclusion in this years competition. The third year of the event will be held on October 23rd – 25th next in Limerick and promises to be a glamour spectacular with movie stars jetting in to attend.
